Project Handover Summary

1. Project Assets & Usage Rights

• Source Code Deployment: The finalized source code for the Homeo Consulting ERP has been successfully deployed and handed over. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use and operate this system for their business operations.
• Intellectual Property & Framework: Logic Waves Tech retains ownership of the proprietary base ERP engine and foundational frameworks used to construct the system.
• Client Ownership: The client retains 100% full and exclusive ownership of all their unique frontend assets, specific custom features, brand identity, databases, and the domain name.
• Social Media Assets: All credentials, activity logs, and administrative access for associated social media platforms (including Instagram) have been fully transferred. Logic Waves Tech no longer retains access to these accounts.
• SECURITY NOTICE Password Update Recommended: To ensure maximum security on your end, we strongly advise you to immediately change the passwords for your Domain Registrar panel and all Social Media accounts. Logic Waves Tech holds no liability for unauthorized access moving forward.

2. Server & Database Credentials

As per our agreement, Logic Waves Tech will continue to manage your hosting for the 4-year term. Below are the highly secure credentials required to access your server and database.

3. Support & Maintenance Policy

• INCLUDED Hosting Support: We are available to assist with any queries strictly related to server uptime, FTP credentials, or phpMyAdmin access.
• EXCLUDED Code Modification & Support: As the source code has been entirely handed over, any code-level bugs, updates, or modifications are no longer covered. Any requests for code-related assistance will be subject to new consultation charges.
