Backend Developer
About the role
We are seeking a Backend Developer responsible for developing secure, reliable, and scalable server-side applications. The candidate should be comfortable working with databases, APIs, business logic, and backend technologies.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain server-side applications and web services.
- Build and integrate REST APIs.
- Design and manage databases and optimize queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Debug and resolve backend issues.
- Work closely with frontend developers to integrate APIs.
- Maintain and improve existing applications.
What you need
- Strong knowledge of PHP, .NET, or relevant backend technologies
- MySQL or other database systems
- REST API development and integration
- Understanding of MVC architecture
- Good knowledge of Git and debugging
- Knowledge of cloud/server deployment is an advantage.
