Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business

Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build

strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the

company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication,

presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the development and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, websites, software, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
